Effective October 27, 2026. These terms apply to the Quality Estimates website and to QE Dispatch, the claims portal operated by Quality Estimates, Inc. ("QE"), including the private photo links QE sends to vehicle owners. By using them you agree to these terms.
Portal access is by invitation only, through individual accounts issued by QE to QE staff, contracted appraisers and authorized insurance company representatives. Use the portal only for legitimate claims business with QE, keep your login confidential, and don't share your account.
Owner photo links are sent for one claim. They are meant only for the person they were sent to; please don't forward them. QE may turn a link off at any time, and links stop working some time after the claim closes.
Only upload photos, documents and information you are authorized to share for the claim, and keep it accurate. You keep any rights you have in what you upload, and you allow QE, the insurance company that owns the claim, and the appraiser assigned to it to use it to handle that claim.
Don't try to reach claims or data not assigned to you or your company, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. QE may suspend or end access at its discretion.
QE Dispatch uses automated tools, including AI, to read assignment sheets, check files and draft text. Their output helps QE's staff and appraisers; it is not a final appraisal, and the appraiser and QE remain responsible for the work.

The website and portal are provided "as is." QE makes reasonable efforts to keep them available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, QE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
