QE Dispatch is a private claims management portal operated by Quality Estimates, Inc. ("QE") for use by QE staff, contracted appraisers, and authorized insurance company representatives.
Access is by invitation only, through individual accounts issued by QE. You agree to use the portal solely for legitimate claims handling business with QE, to keep your login credentials confidential, and not to share your account with others.
Claim information, documents, and photos you submit are used to perform appraisal and claims services. You agree to upload only content you are authorized to share in connection with a claim.
You may not attempt to access claims or data not assigned to you or your company, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the portal for any unlawful purpose. QE may suspend or terminate access at its discretion.
The portal is provided "as is." QE makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. QE's liability arising from use of the portal is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
QE may update this agreement from time to time; continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the current version.
